Online shopping and eCommerce is becoming the preferred method of purchasing for customers and businesses must adapt or die. With the increase in the volume of online shopping, we are looking for a Web Administrator who can take charge of our growing eCommerce functionality, build our online shopping presence, and ensure optimal technical performance of our website. From loading new products onto to website to ensuring all pathways and clicks function correctly and the website links up with inventory, your role will be varied and essential. You will need to ensure all customers shopping with us online have a smooth, pleasant, and user-friendly experience with online purchasing.

Eligibility Requirements:

· Atleast 1-2 years’ experience as Web Administrator in e-Commerce environment

· Diploma or higher qualification in Web/Software Development

· Proficient in SEO using SEO Tools like Google AdWords and Google Analytics

· Proficient in the usage of Tradevine and Shopify applications

Summary of Job responsibilities:

· Use Tradevine and Shopify effectively to achieve the best possible sales return on marketing campaigns, product launch, maximizing cart value, reducing abandoned rate.

· Monitor traffic on website and resolve or reduce bounces.

· Test new software packages for use in web operations or other applications.

· Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

· Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

· Develop or implement procedures for ongoing website revision.

· Document installation or configuration procedures and maintaining them.

· Designing and maintaining the website through in house or 3rd party contracts.

· Loading new products and ensuring various website function, integration, customized API, and third-party applications are enhanced.

· Maintain, update, and upgrade the company website and e-Commerce portal, as the key job role.

· Keep the website updated at all times with the products and their pricing, including daily specials and promotions.

· Perform SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) using SEO Tools like Google AdWords and Google Analytics to increase the online store business.

· Keep a constant watch for online competitor activities on a daily basis and make online marketing strategies to counter their online offers.

· Monitor, control and enforce the online security and ensure that the payment Gateway, Database, and admin back-end are secure and updated.

· Perform data maintenance including regular back-ups, data integrity checks and disaster recovery planning.

· Adapting the existing network and e-Commerce system to maintain the needs of the organisation and the online customers.

· Ensuring all software, hardware, and network are up to date by performing regular software upgrades and installing firmware upgrades.

· Resolve problems related to internet browsing, email clients, emails, and software applications.

· Installing firewalls and maintaining them at regular intervals for security.

· Setup and configure operating system, software programs and applications.

· Upgrade Web system by conferring with vendors and services, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.

Salary-$29.66-31.61 per hour

Hours-40 hours per week
