The ideal candidate will have experience dealing directly with customers on their own and as part of a team. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from bar staff and ensuring the bar is in excellent working order at all times. You will ensure that you are serving customers in a very efficient manner. You will develop a good relationship with our regular customers.
The ideal candidates would have previous experience in the bar/hotel industry, be passionate & enthusiastic about the role and enjoy serving and interacting with customers to enhance their experience.
Supported by a friendly and experienced team our ideal senior bartender would add to the warm and welcoming environment which our customers have come to expect in all our establishments.
Responsibilities
- Train new bar staff
- Manage the bar during a busy service ensuring the premises is spotless at all times
- Provide customers with top class drinks and food
- Work efficiently and fast
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Qualifications
- Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- At least 4 years experience working in a fast paced bartending role
- Ability to work under immense pressure in an extremely fast paced environment
